Super fast, healthy, easy, totally rocking breakfast

OK, this photo is not the most sexy looking. It sure would have helped if I had used the blue bowls instead of the white for instance. And I could have dressed this “Paleo Yoghurt” with some gojiberries, chopped nuts etc to make it look more tasty.

But I didn´t.

You see, I was in a bit of a hurry this morning. Which is why I chose to test this breakfast. It did not even take 1 minute to prepare and get in the bowl. Curious as, I tasted it and waaaaaah – it´s yummy!

Hence, a quick photo for a quick share of a great, great, superhealthy breakfast or snack recipe.

1 avocado

1 banana

Juice of 1/2 lime

Mix together. Enjoy!
